How to Use Your Showroom

1: Set up your bridal party
Get your girls together! Add your bridesmaids' info into your showroom. From here you can begin assigning dresses to your bridal party. Once bridesmaids join, they will be able to see which dresses have been assigned to their fitting rooms.
Need help managing your showroom?
Grant edit access to your most responsible bridesmaids. This allows the bridesmaid to edit the bridal party, assign dresses and send reminders.

2: Find & Assign Dresses
Already know which style you want for each bridesmaid?
Browse our site and use the dress icon to favorite styles into your bridemaids' fitting rooms.
Not ready to assign dresses yet?
Use the dress icon to favorite styles to your Showroom Selects. You will be able to assign these dresses to your bridesmaids' fitting rooms when you're ready.
Each bridesmaid will be able to review the dress(es) you have picked for her and purchase directly from your showroom.

3: Play With Your Lineup
Once dresses have been added to your Showroom Selects or any bridesmaids' fitting rooms these styles will be available in the Play With Lineup feature.
Use this feature to see how your bridal party will look standing next to you on your big day.
Drag and drop dresses into the lineup. The same dress can be repeated as many times as you like. You can save your lineup to view and edit later. Once your lineup is set, you can assign your selected dresses to each bridesmaid's fitting room.

4: Invite & Send Reminders
Once your showroom is ready, invite your bridesmaids via email to join and purchase dresses.
You’ll be able to check in on each bridesmaid’s purchases or returns. No more guessing, no more last minute surprises. Keep track of who still needs to purchase their dress and send them reminders.

How to Use Your Showroom

1: View Assigned Dresses & Purchase
Your bride has picked her favorite dress(es) for the big day! View your fitting room with your assigned styles by clicking the “Dresses” tab. All you need to do is select your size and make your purchase.

How to Add Dresses to Fitting Rooms

1. Click the "+" icon to browse our selection of dresses.

2. Use the dress icon to favorite styles to your "Showroom Selects" or assign to individual or all bridesmaids' fitting rooms.

3. Bridesmaids will need to have dresses assigned to their fitting rooms in order to purchase through the showroom.
What is the difference between "Showroom Selects" and Fitting Rooms?
Not ready to assign dresses yet? When browsing dresses, use the dress icon to favorite styles to your "Showroom Selects". From your "Showroom Selects" you will be able to assign styles to your bridesmaids' fitting rooms by clicking the dress icon.

Bridesmaids without edit access will not be able to see your "Showroom Selects" and all bridesmaids will need to have dresses assigned to their individual fitting rooms in order to purchase through the showroom. Already know which style you want for each bridesmaid? Skip "Showroom Selects" and assign dresses directly to your bridesmaids' fitting rooms while browsing.
Can I limit the number of times a dress can be purchased?
No. We recommend adding dress instructions for your bridesmaids to your Note from the Bride. Your bridal party can check purchased dresses on the purchase page to avoid duplicate styles.

1. Your bride has picked her favorite dress(es) for the big day! Make your purchase from your assigned styles.

2. Your bride may have left a note for you on this page. Please follow any additional instructions from her.
Can I buy a dress that the bride has not assigned to me?
We recommend purchasing a style from your dresses page that your bride has chosen for you.

How to Use The Lineup

1. Drag and drop dresses into the lineup. The same dress can be repeated as many times as you like.

2. Drag styles left and right to reorder the lineup.

3. Save your lineup to view and edit later.

4. Once your lineup is set, you can assign selected dresses to each bridesmaid's fitting room.
How do I add dresses to my lineup?
Once dresses have been added to your Showroom Selects or any bridesmaids' fitting rooms these styles will be available in the Play With Lineup feature. Up to 12 bridesmaids can appear in the lineup.
Can I assign dresses to bridesmaids from the lineup?
Yes, once your lineup is set, you can assign selected dresses to each bridesmaid's fitting room by clicking the "assign dresses to fitting rooms" button. Saved dresses will appear in the first position in a bridesmaid's fitting room.
Why use the lineup?
The lineup is designed to help you visualize what your bridal party will look like all together on the big day! Use it to see which mix of styles & colors you like best.

How to Manage Bridal Party

1. Add your bridesmaids' info.

2. Leave a note with instructions for your bridal party.

3. When you're ready, invite your bridesmaids to join your showroom.

4. Track your bridesmaids' showroom status and send reminders.
What is edit access?
Need help managing your showroom? Grant edit access to your most responsible bridesmaids. This allows the bridesmaid to edit the bridal party, assign dresses and send reminders. This feature is optional.
How do I update bridesmaids' info?
Once you have saved your bridesmaids info, click the edit button to make changes. Click the trash can if you wish to remove a member of your bridal party.
How do I invite bridesmaids and send reminders?
A bridesmaid can be invited individually at any time by clicking the "invite" button beneath her name. To invite your entire bridal party at once, click the "invite all bridesmaids to showroom" button. You can send reminders to your bridesmaids by clicking the "send reminder" button after a bridesmaids has been invited.

How to Track Purchases

1. On the purchased page you can view the styles that have been purchased by the bridal party.
What if I purchase my dress elsewhere?
On the Purchased page please indicate that you purchased elsewhere and select the style in the dropdown list.
