Covid-19 Updates
The Safety and health of our communities, loyal customers and dedicated Mumu employees is always most important to us. We understand this is a trying time for all and Mumu is here for you! Please see a list of commonly asked questions below and how this may be impacting our business operation and customers.
Can I contact customer service?
YES, most definitely! Our Mumu Customer Service Team is here for you and available to answer any questions you have. Please understand that we may have a little longer response time than normal and allow our staff during normal business hours of 10am to 5pm pst 24-48 hours to get back to you. Will my return be delayed?
Please allow up to 1 week during normal business hours for processing once our team receives your return. You will be notified once your return is complete. If you have any questions and would like to speak to customer service, please visit our contact page here.. We will be happy to help!
Will there be delays with my shipment?
Our warehouse is open but please allow up to 72 hours during normal business hours to receive your shipping confirmation during this time. Due to COVID-19, delays in the processing time of your order may be expected due to safety measures we have set in place to keep our staff safe and healthy.
Due to COVID- 19, are you extending your Return Policy?
Yes! We understand it may be more difficult than usual to make returns. Mumu is extending our Return Policy from 30 days to 60 days from the date the order is delivered. You will be able to create your return via our returns page. If you have any questions or need assistance please contact customer service and we will be happy to assist with your return or with any concerns you may have.
I ordered a pre-order style, will my order still ship?
Yes, your order will still ship! However, due to the current Shelter in Place Order in California, some pre-order styles will be delayed. Mumu will be working with you and in contact regarding your order. If you have questions about your pre-order, don't hesitate to contact us here.
A bridesmaids dress I want is sold out, when will I be able to purchase it?
Due to the current Shelter in Place Order, several of our bridesmaid dresses might fall out of stock temporarily. We will be doing our best to get these stocked for you as soon as it is safe to get back to work. If the dress states that it will be coming back, please enter your email to be notified as soon as it opens up for pre-order. At that time, you will be able to purchase your pre-order with a ship date of when you will be receiving.
Due to public health concerns and for the safety of our employees and customers, we have temporarily closed our flagship store in Venice and the Bridal Showroom until further notice.

What is the best way for my bridemaids to order their dresses?

Do you offer a discount on large/Bulk orders? Or a bridesmaid discount?
Currently we do not offer a discount on large bulk orders, we do strive to keep our dresses well priced and obtainable to brides of all budgets. New customers can sign up for our Mu News email newsletter and receive a 10% promo code that can be used towards their next purchase.
Can I have dresses custom made?
Currently we do not offer bespoke custom dresses. Our design team has worked with real brides and has passionately infused real feedback to create a collection that we hope offers something for every wedding party.
Can I try these dresses on before I buy?
We offer two options for bridal parties to try on dresses before purchase. For bridal parties near Los Angeles please visit our Venice Showroom. To book an appointment click here. For bridal parties outside Los Angeles please check out our Bridesmaids Pop-up tour dates and locations here.
How often do you replenish your stock?
We replenish our most popular bridesmaids dresses four times a year along with our Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer collections.
What new Collections will be offered and how can we see the styles and or colors?
New collections are launched four times a year during Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. The best method to view all styles and colors in each collection is by viewing each collection on our website here.
How quickly will my dress arrive? Can I get it overnight?
Our regular shipping schedule also applies to our wedding collection. Standard shipping is estimated to take 1-3 business days but we suggest ordering at least 8-10 weeks in advance to allow time for alterations. If the item is in stock we can get your dress to you in two business days. Place your order online by 11am pst Monday through Wednesday and select UPS 2nd day air to receive your order within two business days.
How much will it cost to ship my dress?
Our regular shipping charges apply to our bridesmaid collection. Standard shipping for orders over $100 are shipped free. Standard shipping for orders under $100 cost $6.99. Expedited shipments that use Fedex Priority 2nd day service cost $29.99 and international orders shipped via DHL cost $29.99. International orders are shipped duties and taxes unpaid. Customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Do you ship dresses to international countries?
Yes we do! We offer international shipping for a flat rate of $29.99. All international orders will arrive on your doorstep 7-14 business days after receipt of your order. Please note that all international orders are final sale and International orders are shipped duties and taxes unpaid.
How will my dress be shipped? Is there a signature required upon receipt?
Depending on the shipping service chosen your shipment will be shipped via standard USPS, USPS Priority 2nd day, or Fedex international. If your order is over $500 a signature will be required upon delivery.

Do you provide specific measurements for each style?
Yes we do, detailed measurements are available on each product detail page.
Do you provide alteration services?
We do not provide alterations, all our dresses can be professionally tailored to fit.
How long are the dresses?
Dresses in the Mumu Weddings collection are “bridesmaid length” this means they are longer than our standard dress length so they can be tailored to any height.
Will any of your dresses fit a pregnant bride or bridesmaid?

Do you have fabric swatches available?
Yes we do, fabric swatches can be ordered online here.
How do I care for my dress?
For optimal care and longevity of your dress we recommend dry cleaning your dress.
