Loyalty Program
Club Mumu, Show Me Your Mumu’s loyalty program (the “Program") is offered by Show Me Your Mumu, LLC. ("Company") to customers making purchases and to potential customers on showmeyourmumu.com. Company will extend certain perks and privileges as described in more detail herein, and additional offers may be extended from time to time. These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions") form the agreement (the "Agreement") between you ("Member") and Company with respect to the Program.
Members' Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Program, Member agrees to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Program, including, without limitation, these Terms and Conditions, including the provisions below dealing with mandatory arbitration of all disputes on an individual (i.e., non-class action) basis. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. Company reserves the right to disqualify Members who have violated any of the Program Terms and Conditions.
Company's Right To Change/Cancel Program
Company may alter, limit, modify or terminate the Program, the Program structure, any other feature of the Program, or these Terms and Conditions in its sole and absolute discretion at any time and in any manner without notice. Your continued participation in the Program will confirm your acceptance of such changes.
Membership Eligibility
The Program is open to U.S. residents. Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Membership is not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises or anyone other than an individual, unless written approval is received in advance from Company, in its sole and absolute discretion.
Membership Enrollment
Individuals can enroll by creating an account at showmeyourmumu.com. Member must provide information accurately and completely when creating an account. Company reserves the right to refuse membership to any customer who does not follow the enrollment procedures.
Program Communications
Company will communicate with Members about marketing via mail, email, SMS and other channels, including about special Member promotions, offers and more. Company will also use these channels to communicate the Member’s tier status, notify Member of eligibility for a benefit, communicate Program changes and more. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing or promotional communications, Company may continue to send you non-marketing or non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

Returns
Merchandise returns must be made in accordance with Company's return policy available here. Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to Program Level status for the original purchase will be deducted from the Member's account.
Eligibility Purchases
Purchases of merchandise and/or services, after promotional offers have been applied, before taxes and shipping charges have been applied, made at showmeyourmumu.com, count toward your Program tier status. The purchase of a Show Me Your Mumu gift card will be applied to Tier Level earnings. Additional items may be excluded from Tier Level accumulation at the sole discretion of Company.
Tier Status
Program tier status is based solely on a customer’s total dollar spend on showmeyourmumu.com. The criteria for each Tier are as follows:
  • Mumu Girl:
  • A customer receives Mumu Girl status upon creating an account at showmeyourmumu.com. Upon creating an account, customers will be eligible to receive Mumu Girl benefits. That account will retain Mumu Girl status until December 31, 2020, at which point account status will be implemented on a calendar year basis.
  • Mumu Babe:
  • If a customer’s account accumulates five hundred dollars of total spend on showmeyourmumu.com, they will receive Mumu Babe status until December 31, 2020, at which point account status will be implemented on a calendar year basis. To remain a Mumu Babe, a customer must spend five hundred during the calendar year. Each new calendar year requires the customer to spend $500 on showmeyourmumu.com to retain Mumu Babe status for another calendar year. If a customer does not spend $500, the customer will revert to Mumu Girl Status, losing Mumu Babe benefits. In order for the customer to regain Mumu Babe status, the customer must make a purchase of $500 or more.
  • Mumu Lover:
  • If a customer’s account accumulates one thousand dollars of total spend on showmeyourmumu.com, the customer will receive Mumu Lover status until December 31, 2020, at which point account status will be implemented on a calendar year basis. To remain a Mumu Lover, a customer must accumulate $1000 of dollar spend during the calendar year. Each new calendar year requires the customer to spend $1000 on showmeyourmumu.com to retain Mumu Lover status for another calendar year. If a customer does not spend $1000, the customer will revert to the status determined by total yearly spend, losing Mumu Lover benefits. In order for the customer to regain Mumu Lover status, the customer must spend $1000 or more.
  • Mumu Bestie:
  • If a customer’s account accumulates three thousand dollars of total spend on showmeyourmumu.com, the customer will receive Mumu Bestie status until December 31, 2020, at which point account status will be implemented on a calendar year basis. To remain a Mumu Bestie, a customer must accumulate $3000 of dollar spend during the calendar year. Each new calendar year requires the customer to spend $3000 on showmeyourmumu.com to retain Mumu Bestie status for another calendar year. If a customer does not spend $3000, the customer will revert to the status determined by total yearly spend, losing Mumu Bestie benefits. In order for the customer to regain Mumu Bestie status, the customer must spend $3000 or more.
  • Mumu VIP:
  • If a customer’s account accumulates five thousand dollars of total spend on showmeyourmumu.com, the customer will receive Mumu Vip status until December 31, 2020, at which point account status will be implemented on a calendar year basis. To remain a Mumu VIP, a customer must accumulate $5000 of dollar spend during the calendar year. Each new calendar year requires the customer to spend $5000 on showmeyourmumu.com to retain Mumu VIP status for another calendar year. If a customer does not spend $5000, the customer will revert to the status determined by total yearly spend, losing Mumu VIP benefits. In order for the customer to regain Mumu VIP status, the customer must spend $5000 or more.

Valid Email Addresses
A current, valid email address is required for a Member to be eligible for select benefits, offers and updates.
Right to Revoke
Company reserves the right to revoke the membership of any Member in the Program and/or revoke any or all benefits the Member may be entitled to, if in the sole and absolute discretion of Company, a Member abuses any of the Program privileges, fraudulently uses the Program, fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or otherwise earns benefits through deception, forgery and/or fraud.
No Transfer
Program benefits may not be transferred, purchased, sold, assigned, auctioned or traded, including, without limitation, by death or as part of a domestic relations matter. Doing so will void the Member account. Benefits have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.
Programs Benefits & Details
In addition to any other requirement and/or limitation that may be communicated to Members at the time a benefit is offered, the following shall apply:
  • Points and Mu Dollars
  • Show Me Your Mumu Club Mumu members are eligible to accumulate and redeem points (“Points”) by making purchases on showmeyourmumu.com. Points earned per dollar spent is determined by tier status. Accumulated points may only be redeemed on purchases made at showmeyourmumu.com For information click here. If Show Me Your Mumu Club Mumu members take no action to earn or redeem points within two years of initial date of points being accumulated Show Me Your Mumu points shall expire accrued but unused redeemable points on or after the last day of activity. Company may, at its discretion, send you periodic notifications to remind you that your Redeemable points will expire upon the 24th month of inactivity. However, it is your responsibility to monitor your account and points status.
  • You acknowledge and agree that:
  • Points have no purpose or use except to apply purchases on showmeyourmumu.com.
  • Your Points cannot be redeemed by, or sold or otherwise transferred.
  • Upon termination of your registration for any reason, all Points are lost to the extent permitted by law, regardless of how they were acquired by you.
  • Points are not valid unless earned in strict compliance with the requirements as established and intended by Show Me Your Mumu, and you shall not attempt to earn Points by any means (including without limitation, by using any script, bot or other automated means) that only simulates compliance with the applicable requirements.
  • Show Me Your Mumu's good faith determination of the amount of Points available to you hereunder shall be final and binding.
  • Free Ground Domestic Shipping & Free Expedited Shipping
  • Free ground domestic shipping valid for Club Mumu members at showmeyourmumu.com on orders shipping to the United States and its territories. Member must be signed in to Member’s Show Me Your Mumu Club Mumu account at the time of purchase to apply offer. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. Free shipping method is dependent upon tier status and will be automatically applied at checkout. Terms of offer are subject to change.
  • Extra % Off Sale
  • Mumu Babe, Mumu Lover, Mumu Bestie and Mumu VIP tiers are eligible to receive permanent extra % off sale discounts on sale products at showmeyourmumu.com. Member must be signed in to Member’s Show Me Your Mumu Club Mumu account at the time of purchase. Discount percentage is dependent upon tier status and will be automatically applied at checkout.Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. Terms of offer are subject to change.
  • Birthday Discount
  • Club Mumu members that have achieved Mumu Babe, Mumu Lover, Mumu Bestie and Mumu VIP tiers are eligible to receive an annual birthday discount at showmeyourmumu.com. Discount percentage is dependent upon tier status, offer will be sent via email.Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. Terms of offer are subject to change.
  • Early Sale Access
  • Club Mumu members are eligible to receive early access to promotional sales during the year. Terms of offer are subject to change.
  • Annual Gift
  • Members of Mumu Bestie and Mumu VIP tiers will be eligible to receive an annual gift. Gift will be sent via email or shipped to Club Mumu members. Terms of offer are subject to change.
  • Exclusive Events
  • Members of the Mumu VIP tier are eligible to be invited to exclusive events. Terms of offer are subject to change.
