- 1. On returns portal page enter the email that was used when your order was placed to begin return.
- 2. A returns confirmation email will be sent with a link to continue the return process.
- 3. Click on the link within the confirmation email
- 4. On the next page the item(s) in you order will be listed. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
- 5. Select a return reason for the item(s) you wish to return.
- 6. Click complete return at the bottom of the page.
- 7. Print the provided prepaid shipping label. Note if prepaid label is used a flat rate of $6.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- 8. Mail your package using the USPS prepaid shipping label.

- 1. To qualify for a Refund, your return must be made within 30 Days of the delivery date. Return Attempts after this 30 day period will not be accepted
- 2. All sale items excluding bridesmaids dresses are final sale. Note! final sale items are marked "Final Sale" on each product page.
- 3. Jewelry, Mumu Finds & Accessories are Final Sale
- 4. Items must have all tags attached and in its original packaging
- 5. Items must not be worn, altered, washed and free of any make-up, stains, spray tan residue, pet hair or floor debris
- 6. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer
- 7. We currently do not offer exchanges
