Mumu Venice Assistant Store Manager

Show Me Your Mumu is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our flagship location in Venice, CA. The goal of this role is to create a unique, fun, interactive and positive customer experience for all our Show Me Your Mumu customers; fully encompassing our Mumu lifestyle and brand image, while maintaining all store operations and goals, resulting in driving sales and ensuring a profitable store. Candidates should be high energy, have retail experience (store management or team lead experience preferred) and strong written and verbal communication skills. The Assistant Store Manager will both partner with and support the Store Manager. They will also collaborate with teams at our headquarters in downtown Los Angeles. Inventory Management
  • Replenishment ordering by department
  • Assist Store Manager in merchandise planning by delivery
  • Visual merchandising
  • Shipment processing
  • Returning inventory to warehouse
Personnel Management
  • Assist Store Manager in Sales Associate hiring
  • Ongoing brand and sales training
Special Events
  • Present at all in store events
  • Periodic after hours events
Social Media
  • Manage @mumuvenice Instagram Page
  • Coverage of all in store events
  • Adhere to Show Me Your MuMu Social Media Standards
  • Scheduling Weekly #mumushopgirls Content Shoots
