Ecommerce Digital Marketing Analyst

The Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Analyst will support and work alongside the Senior Director or Ecommerce and Director of Digital Marketing on managing and maintaining the ecommerce marketing programs and operations. The emphasis of this role will be on helping to build, execute and track marketing campaigns and to help grow the overall ecommerce business.  This role is based in our Los Angeles, CA headquarters.

Responsibilities:
• In-depth weekly / monthly reporting for overall ecommerce + marketing channels including WoW, YoY analysis with KPIs and creative performance by channel
• Hands on building of promotions (on site and off site links/assets for marketing)
• Helping with in-depth sale recaps – main takeaways, channel takeaways, creative performance review
• Daily maintenance of marketing channels: paid social (Instagram & Pinterest), affiliates, email, SEO, SMS, paid search, on-site search
o Calls with vendors
o Building ads / editing as needed
o Communicating with affiliates / top partners
o Adjusting budgets based on performance
o Maintaining product feeds
o Creating new site collections for marketing purposes (e.g. SEO)
o Participating in internal meetings to review upcoming marketing and social content to ensure relevant updates are made to the site (e.g. on-site search terms)
• Aiding in sweepstakes and other email acquisition tactics
• Maintaining email calendar and agenda + pulling past creative performance
• Maintaining launches as it applies to emails and forecasting
• Brainstorming / building email segmentation
• Aiding in email flow/trigger builds and QA
• Assisting with Club Mumu (loyalty program) acquisition tactics and site updates and participating in calls with our loyalty vendor to brainstorm new initiatives
• General help/project management to make sure the marketing & ecommerce roadmap projects get done on time
• Keeping track of all promo details, including updating and distributing the promo doc to cross-functional teams as needed
• Helping to QA the site, promos, launches, and new site features
• Assisting the planning team with site merchandising updates, if needed
• Maintaining relevant planning documents, such as seasonal side by sides
• Acting as a liaison with the Customer Service team
        Required Experience:
        • ESPs (Klaviyo, RetentionScience, etc), including email & segmentation strategy
        • SMS experience (nice to have)
        • Maintained paid ads on Instagram
        • Worked with an affiliate network (PepperJam, Rakuten, etc)
        • Familiar with Google Adwords
        • Copywriting (for SEO)
        • Experience with Google Analytics
        • Shopify experience a plus
