Executive/Personal Assistant


Show Me Your Mumu is seeking an ORGANIZED Personal / Executive Assistant for day to day tasks. This individual must be hard working, resourceful, reliable, responsible with time management, and must enjoy systems of organization. 

Tasks would include
  • Manage schedule, appointments + correspondence
  • Organize work space
  • Assist with events, sample sales, and select photo shoots + pulls
  • Inventory + accounting
  • Manage + organize warehouse storage and personal items to/ from office
  • Issue clothing returns
  • Manage tech + credit card replacements urgently when needed
  • Assist any departments on projects as needed
  • Assist with emails
  • Manage Closet + Mumu Clothing pulls
  • Keep home office + wardrobe organized
  • Creating + keeping up systems of organization
  • Weekly errands incl. grocery store, dry cleaning
  • Assist with travel needs, incl. bookings, packing + unpacking
  • Help with any personal errands, projects, or admin needed
  • Assist as needed with babies and dog
Social Media
  • Manage collab emails + inquiries
  • Assist with cell phone photos + organization
  • Assist with any social needs
      Minimum Qualifications
      • Proficient in Excel
      • Hard Working -Willing to do any task, Big or Small
      • Responsible + Self Motivated
      • Passion to learn about the fashion business
